Crystal Suzanne Payne, 47, of Ashford, WV, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026, at home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas & Joyce James West.

Crystal was a wonderful cook and loved by her family. She attended Dartmont Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff; stepsons, Hunter, Josh and Jason; stepdaughter, Alyssa; brother, Johnny West; eight grandchildren and one on the way.

Memorial Service will be at Dartmont Freewill Baptist Church at a later date and burial will follow Barker Cemetery, Ashford, WV.
