Deborah “Debbie” Gwyn Vance, 63, of St. Albans, passed away Friday, January 30, 2026, at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston.

Debbie was a former manager of Electric Beach Tanning Salon. She loved the beach, being outside in her flower garden and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Vance; parents, Donald and Phyllis Hughes Hoffman; sister, Anita Hoffman; brothers, Tommy Hoffman, Rodney Hoffman, and Curtis Hoffman.

Debbie is survived by her daughter, Ashley Abdo (Magdi); sons, Brent Vance (Kristen) and Cole Vance; grandchildren, Liam, Carly, Rowan, and Atlas; cousins, Teresa Callahan and Beth Leontopoulos.
