Harley Elza Elkins, 58, of Dunbar passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at CAMC Memorial Hospital.
Harley was the manager of Gino’s in Dunbar with 34 years of service. He loved to spend time in the woods, 4-wheeling, and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Brenda Elkins; wife, Jacquita Mae Elkins; and sister, “Sissy”.
Harley is survived by son, Matthew Elkins; fiancé, Joy Seymour; grandchildren, Ollivia, Kaitlyn, Andrea, Lakyn, Winston, Ariel, Kohl, and Kora; brothers, Paul, Mickie, and Rickie Elkins; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Alamander Elkins Cemetery, Parsner Mountain.

I worked with Harley for many years when I was a teenager. It always made my day to stop by and catch up with him. This makes my heart sad. Prayers for all of his loved ones.
