Jean Smith Maddox, 86, of St. Albans, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Hubbard Hospice House.

Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 21, 2023, at Cunningham Memorial Park with Pastor Allen Stewart officiating.
