Tammy Lynn Hartwell Petrella, 57, of South Charleston, WV, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at home. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Alyssa.
Tammy worked as a Social Worker for Adult Protective Services.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Michelle) Workman of Fairbanks, Alaska; daughter, Amy Workman; grandchildren, Seth, Scarlett, and Cassie. She is also survived by her parents, Roger & Dee Hartwell.
It was Tammy’s wishes to be cremated. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
Tammy was one of my High School classmates, I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time! Rest Easy Tammy!
