William Lee “Billy” Dean, 49, of Charleston passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
Billy was the owner of Dean’s Construction and was a former autobody technician. He loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
He is survived by his father, Cecil Dean; mother, Rebecca Dean; sons, Jason Dean, David (Shannon) Dean, and Cecil “Bitty” Dean; stepdaughters, Kristian Fletcher, Myah Fletcher, and Hannah Fletcher; sister, Sherry (Charles) Arthur; brothers, Timmy (Theresa) Dean, Allen (Sarah) Dean, Harvey (Angie) Dean, and Kevin (April) Dean; several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Service will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Loudendale Freewill Baptist Church, 7003 Kanawha State Forest Drive, Charleston, WV 25314 with Pastor Jody Harris officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
“God himself will be with them. And he will wipe out every tear from their
eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain
be anymore. The former things has passed away.” (Revelation 21:3,4)
It’s so sad that we can’t see you one more time and you had to be cremated so fast! I hope you are happy and at peace even though the pain here is unbearable! U will be missed and loved for years to come! U definitely left a mark on many people! Rip brother!
