To Ron’s family I would like to extend my deepest sympathy. My husband William L “Bill” Wood worked with Ron in the Planning Division, WV Dept. of Highways for many years. Bill held Ron in highest regard as a coworker & friend. Ron was a kind & caring man. Heaven has gained another precious angel. I am sure Bill was there to greet Ron with a smile & handshake. My God provide his family with comfort & peace.
I had that thought myself Dianna.
Take Care

Mr Carr lived on the same street my parents lived on. When my parents died and we were completing paper work he graciously had us in his home to Notoriety for us at that time.
We also saw him at Bob Evans Restaurant where my parents like to eat regularly too. Family so sorry for your loss, please accept my condolences.
It was a pleasure to have worked with Ron at the DOH, and an honor to call him friend. Always such a happy guy.
Many days I had lunch in Rons office with him and Sharleen
He was a great technician that taught me a lot about work and was a great guy.
Rest in peace Ron and may the Lord comfort your family as he receives you into his arms and The Kingdom Of Heaven.
I am so sorry for your family’s loss. I worked with Sharleen in the Highway Department before she and Ron married. Later on, I worked with Ron in the Planning Division of the Highway Department. He was a kind, thoughtful and hard-working person. He talked about all of his family with great love. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
