Ramona R. McCormick, 79, of Alum Creek, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 17, 2010, at home surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by: Her husband: Donald H., sister: Macel Williams, and brother: Jackie Holstein. She was a Baptist.
She was survived by 4 Sons: Roger Dale (Melody) McCormick, Donald C. (Darla) McCormick, Daniel J. (Carrie) McCormick and Timothy Dale McCormick; 4 Sisters: Juanita Thomas Vallie Turley; and Zona Linville Connie Parsons; 4 Brothers: Gene, Murl, Doug & Roger Holstein; 7 Grandchildren: Andrea (Jeremy) Nunn, Sarah, Josh and Jacob McCormick, Kristen Bowles, Matthew and Kaitlyn McGrath; 3 GreatGrandchildren: Jayden and Kaylee Nunn and Dylan Bowles.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Curry Funeral Home, 2097 Childress Road, Alum Creek with Pastor Frank Chapman officiating. Burial will be in Forks of Coal Memorial Park at Alum Creek. Friends and family may gather Tuesday, October 19th from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the funeral home.
