Lohoma Justice, 91, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the home of her daughter Louann Holstein after a long illness.
She was born June 14, 1919 a daughter of the late Wetzel and Ora (Bryant) Adkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years the Rev. George Wallace Justice and son Paul Eugene Justice, brothers Willie, Sebert, Vernon, Homer and Bob Adkins, sisters Ruby Lowe and Glenna Massey.
She enjoyed life, her many friends, bowling and water aerobics. She was a life long Christian and member of the Naomi Primitive Baptist Church. She was retired from the Kanawha Valley Hospital.
Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Louanna and John H. Holstein of South Charleston, grandchildren, Douglas and Erin Stephens, Kimberly Holstein and Shane Holstein all of South Charleston, great-grandchildren Nicholas, William and John D. Holstein of South Charleston, Adam and Ashley Stephens of Huntington, Shannon and Erin Stephens of Seattle, Washington, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Curry Funeral Home 2097 Childress Road Alum Creek with the Rev. Joseph Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens, Cross Lanes. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service.
The family would like to thank Hospice Care for their loving care of Lohoma and her family.
