Chad Elliot Miller, 50, of Sod, WV, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Thomas Memorial Hospital from a severe heart attack.  Psalm 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me.

He was born June 2, 1970, at Wuestoff Memorial Hospital, Coca Beach, FL.  Chad was the younger son of Ronnie Miller of Sumerco and Judy Allen of Sod.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sons, Samuel and Jacob, his mother (whom Chad resided with) Judy Allen and father, Ronnie Miller, grandchildren, Haidin Samuel, Anna Marie and Raylei Nicole, brother, Trent Miller (Angela) and nephews, Deven age 14 and Avery age 7.  Chad had many friends and family and cherished each of them.  We will miss you, Chaddie Baby.  Chad didn’t gather worldly things, but gathered people.

He worked heavy equipment and worked on it with his dad, Ronnie, until he was injured and couldn’t work any longer.  Then life got in the way.  He was saved at age seven and later he and his wife, Melissa Green were baptized in Coal River.  Chad loved nature and was always outside. He had many talents and was well versed in many subjects as well as the Bible.  He was unique and had a big beautiful heart.  He spent a lot of his time with his father, Ronnie, due to illness and helping out in and around the house.  He was a true blessing and had wanted to go back to where he was born.  Effort to get there was in the works, but life got in the way.

A private graveside service will be held at the Miller Family Cemetery, Ely Road, Sumerco, WV, at a later date.
