MRS. ANN LEMONS, 90, OF SO. CHARLESTON DIED TUESDAY, JUNE 8, 1993 AT THE HOME OF HER DAUGHTER, PATRICIA MELTON, OF SO. CHARLESTON, AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.
SHE WAS A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF KANAWHA COUNTY AND A RETIRED SCHOOLTEACHER WITH 42 YEARS SERVICE, 25 YEARS OF WHICH WAS WITH WASHINGTON DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL. SHE RECEIVED HER GRADUATE AND UNDER GRADUATE FROM WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY AND SHE ATTENDED MARSHALL UNIVERSITY IN HUNTINGTON, MORRIS HARVEY IN CHARLESTON, NEW RIVER NORMAL SCHOOL, WHICH ZS NOW WEST VIRGINIA TECH. SHE ATTENDED WHITTENBERG COLLEGE IN WHITTENBERG, OH.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON FRIDAY, JUNE 11, 1993 AT 1:00 PM WITH REV. WALLACE YORK OFFICIATING. ENTOMBMENT WILL BE HELD IN GRACELAND MEMORIAL PARK MAUSOLEUM, SO. CHARLESTON. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON THURSDAY, JUNE 10, 1993 FROM 7 TO 9 PM.
