HAZEL KEELING WESTFALL, 74, DIED SUNDAY, MAY 16, 1993, AT HOME AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

SHE WAS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF NORANDA COPPER AND BRASS, MONTREAL CANADA. SHE RETIRED AS CASHIER FOR THE CHEVROLET ZONE OFFICE OF GENERAL MOTORS, CHARLESTON, WV. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE FIRST CHURCH OF GOD, 915 MAIN STREET, CHARLESTON, WV.
SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER DAUGHTER, BETTY WESTFALL SMITH, OF ST. ALBANS, WV. NEICE, PATRICIA A. PHELPS OF PENDLETON, IN. 1 BROTHER, ALVIN KEELING OF HURRICANE, WV. 4 GRANDCHILDREN.

SERVICES WERE HELD AT CUNNINGHAM MEMORIAL PARK MAUSOLEUM, ST. ALBANS, WV ON MONDAY, MAY 17, 1993 AT 10:00 AM WITH REV. ED BOWMAN OFFICIATING. ENTOMBMENT IN CUNNINGHAM MEMORIAL PARK MAUSOLEUM, ST. ALBANS, WV. CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, IN CARE OF ARRANGEMENTS. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, PLEASE MAKE DONATIONS TO BUILDING FUND OF FIRST CHURCH OF GOD, 915 MAIN STREET, CHARLESTON, WV.
