PERRY BRYCE DEBORD, 70, OF CHARLESTON, DIED ON MONDAY, APRIL 5, 1993 AT CAMC MEMORIAL DIVISION AFTER A SHORT ILLNESS.
HE WAS A 1950 GRADUATE OF MORRIS HARVEY COLLEGE AND A SELF-EMPLOYED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT. HE WAS A MEMBER OF DAVIS CREEK CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE. HE WAS A WWII ARMY VETERAN. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE DAVIS CREEK RUTHDALE LIONS CLUB, CHAIRMAN OF DAVIS CREEK RUTHDALE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, AND ACTIVE IN LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL AND BASKETBALL IN THE CHARLESTON AREA.
HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, DORIS; 4 DAUGHTERS: KAREN WILLIAMS OF RICHMOND, VA; YVONNE SNYDER OF ST. ALBANS, WV; BARBARA WARD OF CHARLESTON, WV; ANGELA WALKER OF ELKRIDGE, MD; 1 SON: PERRY BRYCE DEBORD, II OF VIRGINIA BEACH, VA; 2 BROTHERS: REV. PAUL DEBORD OF CHARLESTON, WV; CAL DEBORD OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 11 GRANDCHILDREN.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT DAVIS CREEK CHURCH OF THE NAZARINE ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 7, 1993 AT 2:00 PM WITH PASTOR MERLIN PROVANCE OFFICIATING. ENTOMBMENT WILL BE IN GRACELAND MEMORIAL PARK MAUSOLEUM, SO. CHARLESTON, WV. FRIENDS MAY CALL TUESDAY, APRIL 6, 1993 FROM 3 TO 5 PM AND FROM 7 TO 9 PM AT THE DAVIS CREEK CHURCH OF THE NAZARINE.
