PAUL R. THOMAS, 76, OF YAWKEY, DIED THURSDAY, APRIL 1, 1993 AT HOME AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.
HE WAS A RETIRED PIPEFITTER AND A FARMER. HE ATTENDED COBBS CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH. HE WAS A LIFE LONG RESIDENT OF LINCOLN COUNTY.
HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, ELSIE; 1 SON: PAUL RICHARD THOMAS OF BARBOURSVILLE, WV; 1 SISTER: ALTA KEENEY OF LOGAN, WV; 2 GRANDCHILDREN: DENISE PAULEY AND RICKEY THOMAS.
HE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS BROTHER, RUSS THOMAS.
SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON SUNDAY, APRIL 4, 1993 AT 2:00 PM WITH PASTOR PHIL SUSTER OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD IN ORCHARD HILLS MEMORY GARDENS, YAWKEY, WV. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON SATURDAY, APRIL 3, 1993 FROM 7 TO 9 PM.
