FREEMAN HOLSTEIN, 78 OF CHARLESTON, DIED WEDNESDAY, MAY 25, 1994 AT HOME AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

HE WAS A RETIRED COAL MINER AND A MEMBER OF UMWA. HE WAS A LIFELONG RESIDENT OF KANAWHA COUNTY.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS 3 DAUGHTERS: MONTANA MEANS OF TWILIGHT, WV; BONNIE KIRK OF CHARLESTON, WA; DORIS BUFFINGTON OF NELLIS, WV; 1 SON: DANNY “BUBBY” HOLSTEIN OF CHARLESTON, WV; 1/2 SISTER: NELLIE HALSTEAD OF DRAUGHTY, WV 10 GRANDCHILDREN; 20 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN; 4 GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON SATURDAY, MAY 28, 1994 AT 1:00 PM WITH REV. F.A. GILES OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD AT GRACELAND MEMORIAL PARK, SO. CHARLESTON. FRIENDS MAY CALL ON FRIDAY, MAY 27, 1994 FROM 7 TO 9 PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
