ARCH (DENVER) WILLIAMS, 71 OF SO. CHARLESTON, DIED SATURDAY, APRIL 9, 1994 AT HEARTLAND NURSING HOME, CHARLESTON AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

HE WAS RETIRED FROM CHARLESTON CONCRETE FLOOR AS A CRANE OPERATOR WITH 23 YEARS SERVICE. HE WAS A MASON AND A MEMBER OF THE SO. CHARLESTON LODGE AF & AM AND A MEMBER OF THE SCOTTISH RITE BODIES IN PARKERSBURG. HE WAS A WWII ARMY VETERAN AND WAS A RECIPIENT OF THE PURPLE HEART.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, “BILLIE”; 1 DAUGHTER: SHARON KAY SMITH OF CHARLESTON, WV; 2 SONS: PAUL WILLIAMS OF HOUSTON, TX; GARY WILLIAMS OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 2 BROS: PAUL RAY WILLIAMS OF CROSS LANES, WV; GENE LEE WILLIAMS OF CHARLESTON, WV; 4 GRANDCHILDREN.

SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT CURRY FUNERAL HOME, ALUM CREEK, ON TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 1994 AT 11:00 AM WITH REV. BOB LETT OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE HELD AT GRACELAND MEMORIAL PARK WITH MASONIC GRAVESIDE RITES. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT THE FUNERAL HOME ON MONDAY, APRIL 11, 1994 FROM 7 TO 9 PM.
