DONALD R. LAWSON, 66, OF FRAIZERS BOTTOM DIED SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1996 AT THE HOME OF HIS SISTER, MARZINA BROWN, AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

HE WAS A FORMER COUNSELOR AT THE ROMNEY SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF AND BLIND AND HE WAS A CHRISTIAN.

HE IS ALSO SURVIVED BY: MOTHER: BROOKIE LAWSON GILLISPIE OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 2 SISTERS: ELIZABETH FLETCHER OF GASTONIA, SC; PHYLLIS ESTEP OF SO. CHARLESTON, WV; 2 BROTHERS: DAYTON LAWSON OF WILLIAMSBURG, VA; KERMIT LAWSON OF CHARLESTON, WV.

SERVICES WILL BE 11:00 AM ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 1996 AT THE CURRY FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL IN ALUM CREEK WITH REV. JAMES BUD THOMAS OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE IN FORKS OF COAL MEMORIAL PARK AT ALUM CREEK. FRIENDS MAY CALL FROM 7 TO 9 PM ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 1996 AT THE FUNERAL HOME. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS FAMILY SUGGEST DONATIONS BE MADE TO KANAWHA HOSPICE AT 1143 DUNBAR AVENUE, DUNBAR, WV 25064.
