I remember many West Virginia summers playing with my cousin Tessie. Tessie was just a year or two older than me but when you are little kid it seems like so much more. She was so cool to me and she had this halter top and shorts she wore when she was about 10 or 11 and I thought she was the most fashionable girl around! Oh , how I wanted that outfit! We played at the schoolyard a lot too…Tessie was always kind and good to me. I will miss her and her special way she had. Ronnie and Heather-I am sending healing prayers and comforting hugs to you. Love to you always, Beth Kirk and family

My heart and deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Tessie during this difficult time.  I know the heartbreak and pain of losing a loved one in death so I wanted to take a moment to share an encouraging scripture that gives me much hope.  1 Corinthians 15:26 “And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.”  When we lose someone in death our heavenly Father sees the pain we feel and he promises to very soon do away with this wicked enemy of ours once and for all.  And then he promises the most beautiful hope, to bring back to life all our dear loved ones and to reunite them with us again!  What a beautiful promise of comfort and hope and how we long for that truly special day so close at hand.
