To the family of Doris M. Troy and Donna Mae especially.
Please accept my sincere condolences. As you know, I became acquainted with Doris while working at the WV Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses. Doris was short and I am five foot eight inches tall. She was always asking me to get something in the office that was too high for her. It became a joke with us. We shared a lot of time while working together. Doris was always willing to help and often was a great help to me. Doris was dedicated to her family and spoke often of her early years and the adventures she and her aunt had together. I miss her since we both had to stop working at the RN Board. due to illness. We had not been very close the last few years but I cared deeply for her and know she was a good friend.
If you care to talk with me I would welcome you . 304-766-6115. Nancy Wickline
