Carmen Julia Means, 74, died Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the home of her daughter, Tanya Means in Charleston.

She is survived by her daughters, Tanya Means, Katherine Means & Jessica Kyle; son, Kenneth Harvey; and husband, Sgt. Major Joe Means.

Graveside services will be 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Orchard Hills Memory  Gardens, Yawkey, with Pastor Gary Hill officiating.

Sorry for your loss. Sending my love and condolences. I hear her now playing her numbers and bingo in heaven.
