Shirley Ann Pauley, 69, of Sod, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her loving husband Thomas Pauley, Jr., on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at Thomas Memorial Hospital, South Charleston after a short illness.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Roy & Rosa Keener, sister, Joan, brothers, David, Lawrence, Jimmy & Robert.
Shirley attended Grace Freewill Baptist Church, Alum Creek.
She is survived by her daughter, Reva (Mark) Gray of Sod, WV; son James (Gladys) Banks, of Hopewell, VA, granddaughter, Heather Gray, of Lexington, KY, Sisters, Norma Jean Butler, of Ohio, and Jessie Osborne, of Tennessee.
Graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Pine Grove Cemetery, with Pastor Bub Anderson officiating. As per Shirley’s wishes there will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made toward funeral expenses.
