My deepest sympathy to Betty’s family as they go thru this difficult time. Betty and I were in the Duval class of 1957.
We went in different directions after school but made connections at the class reunions. We exchanged facebook messages about 2 wks ago and she still had the positive attitude that she has always had.

To Melvin, Kevin and Gary. Just want you to know that Cary and I will be keeping all of you in prayer. The loss of a loved one is never easy as we have come to find that out with the passing of our son, Ben Cochran. Life has taught us to cherish each day and hold those you love close. Tell them often who much you love them and how proud you are of them because tomorrow may not come for them or you. Trust in the Lord to supply your needs and comfort you as he has done for us. God Bless all of you.

I’m so sorry about Betty’s passing. Her suffering is now over. She was a special CLASSMATE AT DUVAL HIGH 1957.

I am so sorry to learn of Betty’s passing….We graduated in the same class at Duval High School (class of 1957). She was always a lady and especially loved her family. I know she will be missed here on Earth but heaven has gained a special lady.

Betty you were a beautiful Lady inside and out and loved the Lord Jesus dearly! You were a wonderful example of a follower of Christ. May you rejoice now with your Heavenly Father and give peace and comfort for the family left here on Earth. You will be missed greatly!
