Denise Raymond Roberts, 78, of Alkol, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House Charleston.
She was born June 27, 1938 in Paris, France and was preceded in death by her husband Theodore.
She is survived by her son, Jean Richard Roberts, daughters Joyce Capwell and Sada Cherba, sister Monique, and many others family members that will miss her dearly.
Graveside services were 11 AM Saturday, October 11, at Orchard Hill Memory Gardens, Yawkey with Father Neil R. Buchlein officiating.
Curry Funeral Home Alum Creek is serving the Roberts family.
So sorry to hear of Denise’s passing. She was a good friend of mine back in the mid 50’s in Soissons, France before she married one of my co-workers, Theodore Roberts (Robbie). And later we met again at Keesler Air Force base at Biloxi, Mississippi.
My prayers and condolences for her family. May she rest in internal peace.
I’m so sorry I couldn’t find you any sooner Denise. I have been searching for you and Robie for the longest time on the internet. When I found Robie it was too late and when i found you and called you you didn’t remember me. I’ll never forget our good times “Chez Alice ” in Soissons France. Repose en paix (reste in peace)
