Betty Lou Tugwell, 71 of So Charleston passed away on Monday, August 12, 2013 at the Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston after a short illness. A graveside services will be held 1:30 PM Wednesday, Aug 14, 2013 at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery in Institute, WV,. Jim, we were so heartbroken when we heard about Betty’s passing. I know it is a common thing that you will hear, but “at least she didn’t suffer long” but it is true. God and Heaven gained an extra special angel when Betty came knocking at the pearly gates. She was a very special person.
