Jeffrey A. Hammack, 43, of Sumerco, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2006 at Hubbard Hospice House, Charleston, WV.
He was formerly in the Marine Corp., and was a paramedic with Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority.

A memorial celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 23, at the Pinch Volunteer Fire Dept.
