Diana Mae Cogar

Diana Mae Cogar, 63 of Charleston was met at the Pearly Gates by her husband of 43 years Rev. Robert W. Cogar, Sr. and walked hand in hand to be with our Lord on Saturday, March 10, 2012 after a long illness.

Diana is survived by her children, Robert Jr. (Tammy) Cogar, Tim (Brenda) Cogar, and Tammy (Tony) Keefer all of Charleston, mother, Mary Proctor of Charleston, brothers, Tom, Lester, Sr. and Dean Vance, sister Marie Mullins, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren who affectionately knew their mamaw as “Cat Woman”. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Service will be 8:00 PM Thursday March 15, 2012 at Curry Funeral Home 2097 Childress Road, Alum Creek with Rev Billy Burdette officiating.

Family and friends will gather from 6pm to service time at 8pm at the funeral home.

Diana was a beautiful person..she never met a stranger….she will be missed….god bless you all..
