Charlotte G. Hylton, 63, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019, at CAMC – Memorial Division. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bethel Lane and husband, Darrell Hylton.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Donnie) Perdue, Ashford and granddaughter, Heather Perdue of Ashford, sisters, Linda (James) Sizemore, North Carolina and Angie (Roberto) Aponte, North Carolina, and brother Eddie Lane, North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
She worked as a bus driver for Head Start for the school system. She enjoyed quilting and crafting.
Graveside service will be 1:00pm Friday, August 2, 2019, at Holestein Cemetery, Dartmont. Family and friends will gather from 11:30am to 12:30pm at Curry Funeral Home, Alum Creek.

I am so sorry for your loss Lisa, I am glad for the time I spent with your Mom, she was sweet, quiet, not someone to start a conversation, but I enjoyed sitting and talking with her whenever I had the opportunity, she will be missed. Love you all.
