PAUL M. MARKER, 71, OF CHARLESTON DIED THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 1997 AT ST. FRANCIS HOSPITAL IN CHARLESTON AFTER A LONG ILLNESS.

HE WAS FORMERLY A VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT AT AVALON DOG AND CAT HOSPITAL, A LIFE LONG RESIDENT OF KANAWHA COUNTY AND WWII NAVY VETERAN.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS: WIFE: MARGARET; 6 SONS: PAUL MARKER, JR. OF CLEVELAND, OHj BOBBY MARKER OF CLEVELAND, OH; GARY MARKER OF CLEVELAND, OH; STANLEY MARKER OF SUMMERSVILLE, WV; BILLY MARKER OF CHARLESTON, WV; LANNIE MARKER OF CHARLESTON, WV; 1 DAUGHTER: MARY ELKINS OF CHARLESTON, WV; 2 BROTHERS: DANNY MARKER OF GROVE CITY, OH; PHILLIP CROWDER OF OHIO; 1 SISTER: BETTY COSSIN OF CHARLESTON, WV; 20 GRANDCHILDREN AND 3 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN.
