HIS EARLY YEARS WERE SPENT IN FENNIMORE, PRAIRIE DU CHEIN AND CASSVILLE, WISCONSIN. IN 1958 HE GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN WITH A DEGREE IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING. HE WAS A KOREAN WAR VETERAN AND A FORMER BENGAL LANCER. HE SERVED IN THE AIR FORCE FOR EIGHT YEARS. MOST OF HIS WORKING LIFE WAS SPENT WITH UNION CARBIDE, CHARLESTON, WV.

HE IS SURVIVED BY HIS FORMER WIFE, CAROL SCHNERING WEBSTER OF BRADENTON, FL; 2 SONS: THOMAS WEBSTER OF NEW YORK CITY, NY; DAVID WEBSTER OF FORT COLLZNS, COj 1 SISTER: JEANNE BLANK OF ALBANY, NY; 1 BROTHER: PHILIP WEBSTER OF ATLANTA, GA; SEVERAL NIECES AND NEPHEWS.
